氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与曲唑酮治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍的疗效观察及对患者不良情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合曲唑酮治疗脑卒中睡眠障碍的临床疗效和对情绪的影响。方法将2015年1月至2017年7月治疗的73例脑卒中睡眠障碍患者随机分组,对照组患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,试验组患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合曲唑酮治疗,观察比较2组患者睡眠总时间、深睡眠时间、快速眼动睡眠(REM)时间、AIS评分、NIHSS评分和HAMD评分差异。结果治疗后试验组患者总睡眠时间[(382.41±45.92)min]、深睡眠时间[(124.04±18.09)min]、REM时间[(106.73±21.09)min]较对照组均明显增加(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者AIS评分[(5.22±0.51)分]、NIHSS评分[(10.95±2.01)分]明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后4周试验组患者HAMD评分[(8.63±1.18)分]、治疗后8周HAMD评分[(7.01±0.97)分]同对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中睡眠障碍患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合曲唑酮治疗可改善睡眠障碍和不良情绪,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with trazodone on stroke sleep disorder and their effects on bad emotion of patients. Methods A total of 73 patients with stroke sleep disorder who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients in control group were treated by flupentixol and melitracen tablets,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by trazodone flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with trazodone. The total sleep time,deep sleep time,REM time,AIS score,NIHSS score and HAMD score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the total sleep time,deep sleep time,REM in experimental group were（ 382. 41 ± 45. 92） min,（ 124. 04 ±18. 09） min,（ 106. 73 ± 21. 09） min,respectively,which were significantly increased,as compared with those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. However the AIS score [（ 5. 22 ± 0. 51） points ],NIHSS score [（ 10. 95 ± 2. 01） points] in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）,moreover,after 4-week treatment,the HAMD score [（ 8. 63 ± 1. 18） points] and the HAMD score after 8-week treatment [（ 7. 01 ± 0. 97） points] in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with trazodone in treatment of sroke sleep disorder can improve sleep disorder and bad emotion of patients with stroke sleep disorder,therefor,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
