摘  要:文章为某车用高压共轨轻型柴油机涡轮增压器改型选取了4款新型增压器,并进行了匹配试验,根据最大负荷下的动力性、经济性及排放性能选取了合适的涡轮增压器。与匹配原型增压器的发动机相比,新发动机在保持中、高转速性能基本不变的前提下,大幅度提高了低转速下的性能。发动机1 000 r/min最大负荷工况下,最大转矩提高了5%,燃油消耗率降低了8.87%,PM、NOx、CO等主要有害排放均有明显降低。The author selects four new turbochargers to retrofit a prototype one matching with a common rail light-duty vehicle diesel engine, and the engine with different turbochargers is tested on the engine performance experiment rig. An optimal new turbocharger is picked out according to the power, economy and emission performance of the engine working at maximum load conditions of different rotate speeds. Compared with the prototype turbocharger, the performance of engine matching with the new turbocharger is greatly improved under low speed conditions keeping the performance of medium and high rotate speeds unchanged. Under the maximum load condition of 1000 r/min, the maximum torque increases by 5%; the fuel consumption rate decreases by 8.87%; the major harmful emissions, such as PM, NOx and CO decrease significantly.
