依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死疗效及对患者C反应蛋白、血管内皮功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死疗效及对患者C反应蛋白、血管内皮功能的影响效果,探讨有效干预措施。方法选择该科2016年7月—2017年7月收治的126例急性脑梗死患者,根据临床随机对照原则进行分组,其中奇数者为观察组,予以依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林联合干预,偶数者为对照组,单独予以依达拉奉进行干预。观察两组患者的疗效、CRP以及血管内皮功能的变化。结果治疗前,两组患者血液相关指标情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的CRP水平(9.47±2.56)mg/L降低明显,而VEGF(269.47±92.34)pg/mL、NO(77.31±21.32)μmol/L水平以及总有效率93.65%,则升高明显,差异有统计学意义(t=3.782、14.789、5.283,P<0.05;χ~2=5.281,P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合尤瑞克林可提高急性脑梗死疗效,改善患者的CRP以及血管内皮功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of edaravone combined with kallikrein in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and effect on the C reactive protein and vascular endothelial function and study the effective intervention measures. Methods 126 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with edaravone combined with kallikrein, while the control group were only treated with edaravone, and the curative effect, CRP and changes of vascular endothelial functions of the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, the differences in the blood related indicators between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; after treatment, the CRP level in the observation group obviously decreased compared with that in the control group, which was（9.47±2.56） mg/L,and the（269.47±92.34） pg/mL, NO（77.31±21.32）μmol/L and total effective rate 93.65% obviously increased, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（t=3.782, 14.789, 5.283, P〈0.05; χ^2=5.281, P〈0.05）.Conclusion The edaravone combined with kallikrein can improve the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction and improve the CRP and vascular endothelial function of patients.
