摘 要:目的分析智能化多维视觉训练治疗屈光不正性弱视的疗效及其对愈后视功能的影响。方法选择2016年10月—2017年8月到该院就诊的88例屈光不正性弱视患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分成两组,对照组(n=44)采用传统综合训练方法治疗,观察组(n=44)采用智能化多维视觉训练法治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的临床总有效率90.90%,较对照组的75.00%要高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.938,P=0.047);治疗后,观察组患儿的远立体视、非交叉视差、交叉视差、近零视差等各项指标的正常率分别为47.73%、18.18%、36.36%、34.09%,而对照组分别为13.64%、2.27%、6.82%、6.82%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统综合训练法相比,智能化多维视觉训练法治疗屈光不正性弱视效果更佳,更有利于患儿治愈后远、近立体视功能的提高,可成为儿童屈光不正性弱视治疗的常规手段。Objective To analyze the curative effect of intelligent multi-dimensional vision training in treatment of refractive errors amblyopia and effect on the vision function after curing. Methods 88 cases of children with refractive errors amblyopia diagnosed in our hospital from October 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each according to different treatment plans, the control group used the traditional comprehensive training method, while the observation group used the intelligent multi-dimensional vision training, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(90.90% vs 75.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.938, P=0.047); after treatment, the normal rates of far stereoscopic, non cross parallax, cross parallax, near zero parallax in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 47.73%, 18.18%, 36.36%, 34.09% vs13.64%, 2.27%, 6.82%, 6.82%, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of intelligent multi-dimensional vision training in treatment of refractive errors amblyopia is better than that of the traditional comprehensive training method, which is more conductive to improvement of posterior and near stereoscopic visual functions, which can be the routine means to treat the ametropia amblyopia of children.
