摘　　要：化工产业的发展需要各类专业技术人才做支撑,学校的专业与企业的产业必须紧密结合才能相互推进,共同提高。为了更好地进行工业分析技术专业建设和课程建设,彰显职业教育的特色,在对本专业与相关企业进行充分调研的基础上,在专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、教学条件建设以及科研服务等方面做了改进和实践,真正实现工业分析技术专业与化工产业对接,满足化工企业对技能型人才的需求。The development of chemical industry needs the support of all kinds of professional and technical personnel. The specialty in colleges and enterprise industries must be closely combined to promote each other,which can achieve common improvement and prosperity. In order to strengthen specialty construction and curriculum construction of Industrial Analysis Technology,as well as to highlight the characteristics of vocational education,improvement and practice on construction with disciplines,curriculum,faculty,teaching facilities,scientific serving,and so on were carried out based on the sufficient surveys of the specialties and enterprise industries. The proposed improvement and practice can realize the docking between chemical industries and Industrial Analysis Technology specialty and satisfy the demand of skilled personnel in chemical industry.
