摘　　要：新时期传承和弘扬"红色基因"就要主动适应网络时代特点规律,不断创新依托网络传承的思维理念、工作模式、方法手段,充分发挥"网络+"的倍增作用,增加官兵的思想政治素质,提升部队的战斗力。To inherit and promote the＂red gene＂in the new era,we should take the initiative to adapt to the characteristics and discipline of network era,innovate continuously with the thinking concept,working mode and method of the inheritance of the network,give full play to the multiplier effect of the＂network＋＂,promote officers and soldiers ideological and political quality and enhance troops fighting capacity.
