长春西汀治疗慢性脑供血不足临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨长春西汀治疗慢性脑供血不足临床疗效。方法该次研究对象选取该院的慢性脑供血不足患者100例,收治时间为2016年12月—2017年12月,按照接受治疗方式的不同,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,两组患者各为50例。对照组患者接受舒血宁治疗,实验组患者接受长春西汀治疗。对比两组患者的血流速度以及治疗效果。结果实验组患者的临床总有效率(96.0%)和对照组患者(68.0%)相比显著较高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.023,P<0.05);在治疗前,实验组患者的BA、RVA、LVA血流速度分别为(24.2±10.4)m L/min、(25.8±9.3)m L/min以及(24.9±9.7)m L/min,对照组患者为(23.9±10.5)m L/min、(15.6±9.2)m L/min以及(24.6±10.6)m L/min,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,实验组患者的BA、RVA、LVA血流速度分别为(32.3±4.8)m L/min、(32.3±5.5)m L/min以及(36.9±10.6)m L/min,对照组患者为(28.3±11.9)m L/min、(28.6±6.7)m L/min以及(27.8±4.1)m L/min,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性脑供血不足患者接受长春西汀治疗取得了显著的治疗效果,提高了血流速度,值得更加广泛地应用于临床。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of vinpocetine in treatment of chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency.Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group were treated with shuxuening,while the experimental group were treated with vinpocetine,and the blood flow rate and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（96.0%vs 68.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=11.023,P〈0.05）.and the BA,RVA,LVA rates in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively（24.2±10.4）mL/min,（25.8±9.3）mL/min,（24.9±9.7）mL/min and（23.9±10.5）mL/min,（15.6±9.2）mL/min,（24.6±10.6）mL/min,and the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）,after treatment,the BA,RVA,LVA rates in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively（32.3±4.8）mL/min,（32.3±5.5）mL/min,（36.9±10.6）mL/min and（28.3±11.9）mL/min,（28.6±6.7）mL/min,（27.8±4.1）mL/min,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of vinpocetine in treatment of chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency is obvious,which can improve the blood flow rate,and it is worth wide clinical application.
