《景岳全书》对中医急诊重症学科的贡献

摘　　要：《景岳全书》记载了大量急诊重症的资料。张景岳详细地阐释了急诊重症的疾病名称;在前人对疾病认识的基础上,通过自身的理解,总结了急诊重症的病因病机;客观而翔实地描述了急诊重症的临床表现,为后世提供了急诊重症的诊断思路和治则治法;强调了预防护理在治疗急诊重症过程中的重要性。《景岳全书》对中医急诊重症学科的贡献,为临床诊治急诊重症疾病提供了思路和方法。Jingyue Quanshu（ Jingyue＇s Complete Works） presented a comprehensive understanding of emergencies and other life-threatening conditions. Most of all,Zhang categorized the causes and mechanisms of these disorders according to his own understanding with reference to opinions of former experts.He also offered detailed and objective descriptions of their clinical manifestations. All of these have been valued references for later generations. In addition,Zhang emphasized the importance of prognostic care in the treatment of critically ill patients. This paper attempts to summarize the contribution of Jingyue Quanshu to the critically ill subjects of TCM emergency treatment,and provide ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute and severe diseases.
