摘 要:电能质量决定着多路隔离驱动电源的稳定性和效率,为此设计了一种Buck型功率因数校正(PFC)变换器,该变换器以UCC29910A为控制芯片,通过分析Buck PFC变换器架构原理和Buck电路工作过程,确定了电感、变压器等相关器件参数,并采用平均电流控制策略实现了功率因数校正的目的。利用Simplorer和Ansoft仿真软件对该控制策略下的功率因数校正效果进行仿真研究,并制作了一台80 W试验样机对理论分析的可行性和有效性进行验证。验证结果表明,该变换器在通用线路电压输入范围内可获得95%以上的功率因数,满足IEC61000-3-3规范的要求。Power quality determines the stability and efficiency of multiple isolated drive power supply. A buck power factor correction converter was designed in this paper, which used UCC29910A as the control chip. Through the analysis of the architecture of Buck PFC converter and working process of Buck circuit, the parameters of the related devices such as inductance and transformer were determined. The control strategy of average current model was adopted to achieve the purpose of power factor correction. Moreover, simulation research of power factor correction under the control strategy was carried out by using Simplorer and Ansoft simulation software. A 80 W prototype was developed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. The results of simulation and experiment show that the converter can obtain more than 95% of power factor and meet the standards IEC6100-3-2.
