摘 要:目的探讨特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白-1(SATBl)、细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测60例膀胱癌和30例正常膀胱组织中SATBl、Ki-67基因的表达,分析SATBl和Ki-67基因之间及与病理分级、临床分期之间的相关性。结果60例膀胱癌组织SATBl阳性表达率85.0%(51/60),而30例膀胱正常组织中无阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);膀胱癌组织中Ki-67阳性表达率为80.0%(48/60),膀胱正常组织中无阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);SATBl和Ki-67在膀胱癌组织中的表达强度与膀胱癌的病理分级(P=0.001、0.002)、临床分期(P=0.003、0.007)以及淋巴结转移(P=0.001、0.002)呈正相关,同时膀胱癌中SATBl与鼬.67表达呈正相关(r=0.601,P=0.002)。结论SATBl、Ki-67基因的表达与膀胱癌的发生和进展有关,联合检测SATBl、Ki-67基因有助于评价膀胱癌的进展和预后。Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of special AT rich se- quence binding protein - 1 ( SATB1 ) and proliferation cell nuclear antigen ( Ki - 67 ) gene in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC). Methods The expression of SATB1 and Ki - 67 was detected by im- munohistochemistry in 60 cases of bladder carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of normal bladder tissues respec- tively. Then their relationship with pathological grade, clinical stage were analyzed. The correlation be- tween SATB1 and Ki - 67 was also evaluated. Results The positive rate of SATB1 protein in bladder car- cinoma was 85.0% (51/60), significantly higher than that in the normal bladder tissues ( P = 0. 000). The positive rate of Ki -67 protein in human bladder carcinoma was 80. 0% (48/60), obviously higher than that in the normal bladder tissue ( P = 0. 000). The amounts of SATB1 and Ki - 67 were positively correlated with the pathological grades (P = 0. 001,0. 002), clinical stages (P = 0. 003, 0. 007)and lym- phatic metastasis ( P = 0. 001, 0. 002 ) of BTCC. There was positive correlation between SATB1 and Ki - 67 gene expression in bladder carcinoma tissue ( r = 0. 601, P = 0. 002). Conclusion Positive ex- pression of SATB1 and Ki -67 gene may play an important role in the development of BTCC. SATB1 and Ki - 67 gene may serve as an important molecular biological indicator in diagnosing and predicating the bio- logical behaviors of BTCC.
