摘　　要：《演化语言学》是一部系统展现当代语言起源和演化研究发展全景的教科书。该书在概述演化语言学主要内容、发展历程和研究方法等的基础上,从跨学科视角、特别是人类学、生理学和神经科学三个层面梳理语言演化研究发展现状,分析语言能力和语言结构的演化历程。全书紧跟演化语言学发展前沿,结构合理,内容丰富,可供不同学术背景、不同知识层次的学习者研读和参考。Evolutionary Linguistics is a textbook which shows us a panorama of the modem development of language origin and evolution researches. Based on a brief introduction of the main content, the history and the research method of evolutionary linguistics, it reviews the current state of this new subject from the interdisciplinary perspective, especially from the anthropological, physiological and neurological perspectives, and analyzes the evolutionary process of language capacity and language structure. With the appropriate structure and substantial content, it can keep up with the latest developments of evolutionary linguistics and can meet the needs of the learners of various academic levels and backgrounds.
