生产组织形式变迁过程中的劳动者主体性建构——基于“珠江模式”和“苏南模式”的比较

摘　　要：中国正处于社会经济大转型时期,产业结构调整条件下生产组织方式正发生着激烈的变革,外包、授权、分包、中间商等形式变现出生产结构的多样转型。其中,信息科技的发展是一大推动力。互联网经济下劳动者的生产场所和劳动关系都发生深刻的变化。生产中各主体界限的模糊和功能的分化使得劳动者的主体性面临新的机遇和挑战。在组织生产形式变革的历史进程中,劳动者的主体性如何得以建构成为组织研究和劳动关系研究的核心关注。以珠江模式和苏南模式为例,梳理生产组织形式的演进逻辑,尝试厘清劳动者主体性建构的脉络,并反思劳动者的主体性发展对生产组织形式演变的影响。通过对新兴平台经济的观察发现平台经济这种生产组织形式对劳动者主体性建构产生的影响非常复杂,所以新形势新业态中的劳动者主体性需要实践界和学界的共同关注。China is in the period of great social and economic transformation,under which the production organization in industrial restructuringundergoing drastic changes, with the types of outsourcing, authorization,subcontractingand intermediary having transformed into diversifiedproduction structure. Undoubtedly, the development of information technology is a big driving force. However, under the Internet economy, the workplace and work relations of workers have gone through profound changes, in which the vague boundaries of each subject and its functional differentiation makes the subjectivity of workers face new opportunities and challenges. Thus, how to construct the worker＇s subjectivity constitutes the core concern of organizational and work-relation research in the historical process of transformation of production forms. Taking the Zhujiang model and the Sunan model as examples, the paper sorts out the evolutionary logic of production organization,attempts to clarify the context of the construction of worker＇s subjectivity, and reflects on the influence of the development of worker＇s subjectivity on the evolution of production organization. Through the observation of the emerging platform economy, it is found that the influence of platform economy on the construction of worker＇s subjectivity is complicated. Therefore, the worker＇s subjectivity in the new situation and new business formats needs the common concern of the practice and academic circles.
