摘 要:针对采煤机截割部齿轮传动系统的工作可靠性低的问题,综合考虑齿轮副的物理参数、几何参数及外激励等因素的随机性,建立了采煤机截割部齿轮传动系统非线性动力学模型,运用变步长Runge-Kutta方法求解了系统的动态响应,通过概率疲劳累积损伤理论,建立了截割部齿轮传动系统的动力可靠度模型,并计算得出了各随机参数的变异性对系统及齿轮传动件的动力可靠度的影响,将计算结果与Monte-Carlo方法计算结果进行了对比,验证了方法的可行性,研究结果为采煤机截割部齿轮传动系统的可靠性优化设计提供了理论基础。Aiming at the less reliability of the shearer cutting unit gear transmission system,also considering the randomness of the system physical parameters,the geometric dimensions parameters,and external excitation,nonlinear dynamic model of shearer cutting unit gear transmission system was established. The system dynamic responses were solved by the variable stepsize Runge-Kutta method.The dynamic reliability model of cutting unit gear transmission system was set up using the theory of probability fatigue damage cumulative. The effect of random variation of parameters on the dynamic reliability of cutting unit gear transmission system and gear parts were calculated and compared with the results of Monte-Carlo method. The research results provide theoretical basis for reliability optimization design of shearer cutting unit gear transmission system.
