摘　　要：高校是区域高层次人才的主要聚集地和创新型人才的培养阵地,也是服务区域社会经济发展的重要力量。本文以地方高校自身发展为前提,就完善管理体系、专业结构设置、教师结构优化、校企合作建设等方面做了相应分析,给出了地方高校服务区域战略性新兴产业发展的路径方案。Colleges and universities are the main gathering places of high level talents in the region and the cultivation position of innovative talents. They are also the main forces of social and economic development in the service area. This article, based on the development of local colleges and universities, has carried out analysis from the aspects of perfecting the management system, setting professional structure, optimizing the structure of teachers and constructing the cooperation between school and enterprise. It gave the development path scheme of strategic emerging industries in the service area of local colleges and universities.
