摘 要:校企共建联合实验室是高校协同创新实践形式,现阶段校企联合共建实验室的主要模式有援助式共建模式、教学型共建模式、项目委托模式、联盟式、实体模式。目前高校实验室队伍建设滞后,激励作用不充分,评价机制不健全,资源共享机制和利益分配机制不完善,知识产权意识薄弱。针对这些问题,提出了政府要加强共建式协同创新模式的引导支持,建立合理的校企共建实验室管理机构,建立校企共建实验室激励与协调机制,解决好协同创新中的产权归属问题,以保证校企共建实验室顺利进行。College-industry joint construction joint laboratory is the practice form of collaborative innovation. At present, the main modes of college-industry joint construction laboratory include aid mode, teaching mode, project commission mode, alliance mode and entity mode.At present, the construction of college laboratory team lags behind, the incentive function is not sufficient, the evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the resource sharing mechanism and the benefit distribution mechanism are not perfect, and the awareness of intellectual property rights is weak.In view of these problems, this paper proposes that the government should strengthen the guidance and support of the co-construction collaborative innovation mode, establish a reasonable management organization of the co-construction laboratory, establish the incentive and coordination mechanism, and solve the ownership problem in the co-innovation, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the co-construction laboratory.
