高校电信诈骗事件引发的安全教育工作反思

摘　　要：信息时代给予人们便捷化生活方式的同时,也为不法分子提供了犯罪途径。近年来,高校电信诈骗案件的数量呈直线上升趋势,对大学生生命及财产安全造成严重威胁,不利于社会的稳定发展。高校为保障大学生根本利益,应提高安全教育工作的开展频率,帮助大学生培养正确的价值观,树立防范意识,促使大学生能够健康成长。本论文通过分析高校电信诈骗事件的特点,就工作模式、教学内容以及教学途径三个方面论述安全教育工作的开展现状,最后基于高校电信诈骗事件引发的安全教育工作进行反思。The information age not only provides people with convenient life style, but also provides illegal channels with approaches to violate the law. In recent years, the number of telecommunication fraud cases in colleges and universities has been zooming, which poses a serious threat to the safety of college students life and property and goes against the stable development of society. In order to ensure the fundamental interests of college students, colleges and universities should carry out safe and educational work as much as possible, in order to help students cultivate correct values and set up precaution consciousness, so as to help college students with healthy growth. Through the analysis on the characteristics of telecommunication fraud in college and university, this paper discusses the current situation of the safe and educational work in three aspects, namely work mode, teaching content and teaching approach. Finally, this paper summarizes the safe and educational work about telecommunication fraud cases in colleges and universities.
