摘 要:通过盆栽试验明确采用10%海水浇灌4次未造成土壤盐渍化且对葡萄生长没有造成明显伤害,对蓬莱国宾酒庄葡萄园偏酸性土壤进行了连续3年的10%海水灌溉试验。结果表明:浇灌4次海水为上限,土壤pH和总盐量分别比对照明显提高0.72个单位和253.7%;‘赤霞珠’果实可溶性糖含量有随着海水浇灌年限增加而呈提高的趋势,可滴定酸则有下降趋势,果实颜色加深显著。葡萄香气成分1-己醇及顺-2-已烯-1-醇随着灌溉年限的增加有累积效应,3年处理比对照分别增加了64.5%、72.5%,但己醛含量灌溉3年比对照降低了30.5%。The experiment indicated that four times 10% seawater irrigation had no signifcant harm to the growth of the potted grapes. Therefore, 10% seawater was used in Guobin vineyard with slightly acid soil in Penglai for three years. The results showed that 4 times seawater irrigation was the upper limit, soil pH and total salt content were increased 0.72 unit and 253.7% than the control, respectively. Soluble sugar content of 'Cabernet Sauvignon' berry increased with the increase of irrigation years, the color of berry increased signifcantly and the titratable acid decreased. The grape aroma components 1-hexanol and -2-hexene-1-alcohol increased with the increase of irrigation years, which were increased by 64.5%, 72.5% after three years irrigation, but the content of hexaldehyde was decreased by 30.5% than the control after three years irrigation.
