河南省科技型小微企业融资能力评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：科技型小微企业作为科技创新活动的潜在主体,融资能力的提升及融资瓶颈的破解成为其发展的关键。基于此,本文从科技创新能力、企业发展能力、财务保障能力、抗风险能力4个能切实反映科技型小微企业自身融资能力的方面入手,构建科技型小微企业融资能力评价指标体系,为科技型小微企业融资能力的改进和提升提供借鉴和参考。Science and technology small and micro-enterprises are the potential subjects of science and technology innovation activities, and the enhancement of financing ability and the solving of financing bottleneck are the key to their development. Based on this, this article started from four aspects of scientific and tech- nological innovation ability, enterprise development ability, financial support capability, and the ability to resist risk which can really reflect the own financing ability of science and technology small and micro enterprises, and built a financing ability evaluation index system for science and technology small and micro enterprises, providing guidance and reference for the improvement and promotion of financing ability of science and technology small and micro enterprises.
