摘　　要：地方本科高校培养应用型人才是国家人才培养战略调整的重要举措,是高等教育在社会经济发展中转方式、调结构的必然选择。应用化学(精细化工方向)专业是辽宁省高等教育转型发展建设的示范专业之一。本文基于国内应用型人才的内涵和规格特征,提出了"诚信担当育品德、精通专业铸特色和踏实严谨以践行"的高素质应用型人才的特色培养与实践探索,并进行了课程体系的重构和实践模式研究,对应用化学专业高素质应用型人才的培养具有引领和示范作用。The training of applied talents is an important measure of national talent training strategy adjustment,and is the inevitable choice of higher education for local universities owing to the development of social and economic structure.Applied chemistry（fine chemical direction）is one of the demonstration majors of higher education transformation and development in Liaoning province.Based on the connotation and specification characteristics of applied talents in China,this paper puts forward the characteristic training and practice exploration of high-quality applied talents,which are ＂integrity as morality,proficiency in professional and steadfast rigorously to practice＂,and carries out the reconstruction of curriculum system and practice mode research,which has a guiding and demonstration effect on the training of high-quality applied talents for applied chemistry specialty.
