摘 要:在教与学的过程中,学生是学习的主体,如果学生学习缺乏主动性将极大地影响学习成效。高职学生缺乏学习主动性的主要成因是基础弱、发展窄、责任缺失,从教学与管理、职业规划引导和加强家国情怀教育三个方面探索提高高职学生学习主动性的有效措施,为高职院校的教学成效研究提供参考。In the process of teaching and learning,students are the main body of learning. If the students lack the initiative of learning,it will greatly affect the effectiveness of learning. This paper analyzes the main causes of the lack of initiative of higher vocational students: weak foundation,narrow development,lack of responsibility. Accordingly,this paper preliminarily explores the targeted measures to improve the students' initiative in learning from three aspects: teaching and management,career planning guidance and strengthening the education of national and family feelings,which provides a reference for the study of teaching effectiveness in higher vocational colleges.
