企业间信任对供应链企业组织即兴的影响机理研究——供应链柔性的中介作用与交互记忆系统的调节作用

摘　　要：处于非确定、动态变化的外部环境下的供应链协同战略中,节点企业的组织即兴能力非常重要。那么,供应链协同战略下节点企业相互信任如何作用于企业组织即兴能力?本文以我国中部、东北地区327家具有代表性的制造企业为实证研究对象,利用结构方程与层次分析法,实证分析供应链企业间信任与供应链企业组织即兴的影响机理。研究结果表明,供应链企业间善意信任对供应链企业组织即兴有一定的正向促进效应;供应链能力信任需经由善意信任调整,促进企业组织即兴能力,二者直接作用效应不显著;计算信任倒U型作用供应链企业组织即兴。为进一步验证二者的作用机理,本文引入供应链柔性与交互记忆系统作为情境变量,探讨供应链柔性对供应链节点企业间信任与供应链节点企业组织即兴的中介作用,以及交互记忆系统的调节效应。供应链柔性能够显著促进供应链企业间计算信任、善意信任与企业组织即兴能力,并且交互系统的三个维度通过供应链柔性的中介作用调节供应链企业间善意信任、计算信任对供应链企业组织即兴能力的作用。研究结果拓展了企业组织即兴与供应链企业间信任研究的理论视角,有助于供应链管理的深入研究,在一定程度上有利于我国制造企业更好地应对企业外部环境的不确定性,并在管理实践中提升供应链整体竞争力。The capability of supply chain enterprises organizational improvisation is very useful for the company when encountered the uncertainty and dynamic changing external circumstance. The puzzle is how the company use supply chain collaboration inter-firm trusts to improve the enterprises organization improvisation. Based on the empirical analysis of 327 Chinese representative manufacturing enterprises in central and northeast of China, the paper investigated the function mechanism of supply chain inter-firm trust on the supply chain enterprises organizational improvisation by using the method of SEM model and Hierarchical Regression analysis. Conclusions are summarized as followers： Frist, there is a positive effect between the supply chain inter-firm kindness trust and enterprises organizational improvisation. And there also exists invert U-shaped relationship between calculate trust and enterprises organizational improvisation. But the ability-trust has not direct contribution to the enterprises organizational improvisation. The ability-trust could affect the enterprises organizational improvisation by the kindness trust. Second, in order to further verify their mechanism of action, this paper introduces supply chain flexibility and interactive memory system as situational variables and discusses the mediating effect of supply chain flexibility on supply chain Inter-firm Trust and supply chain enterprises organizational improvisation, at the same time discusses the moderating effect of interactive memory system on supply chain Inter-firm Trust and supply chain enterprises organizational improvisation. The supply chain flexibility is the mediating variable among the supply chain inter-firm kindness trust, calculate-trust and supply chain enterprises organizational improvisation. And the transitive memory system has moderating effects among supply chain inter-firm kindness trust, calculate-trust, supply chain flexibility and supply chain enterprises organizational improvisation.
