摘 要:高校教师资格培训是提升高校教师教学及科研水平的重要途径之一。然而我国的高校教师岗前培训却较粗糙、概略甚至流于"形式";相比较,澳大利亚高校教师资格培训则在许多方面指向"精准"。文章以澳大利亚七大高校为例,分析其各自的教师资格培训课程对象、课程内容、课程教学以及课程评价等,以期镜鉴于我国高校教师资格培训的精准改革和发展。Training courses of Graduate Certificate in higher education is a significant approach to improving teachers'teaching and research ability. However, pre -service training for university teachers in our country is looser, generalized and even "formalistic" to some extent. In contrast, Australian university teacher qualification training tends to be "precise" in many aspects. This paper, taking seven Australian Universities as examples, presents enlightenment for us to precisely reform and develop from Australian Graduate Cer- tificate training courses in higher education through analyzing their curriculum objectives, contents, teaching and assessment, etc.
