摘 要:试验旨在探索在亲鸽普通日粮中使用发酵豆粕对乳鸽屠宰性能、器官指数、肠道发育、肌肉品质及肌苷酸含量的影响。试验组使用发酵豆粕,对照组使用普通豆粕。研究发现:试验组全净膛率高于对照组,达到极显著水平(P<0.01);试验组肝脏和肌胃器官指数低于对照组,达到显著水平(P<0.05);试验组十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度均高于对照组分别达到显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)水平;试验组胸肌和腿肌肉色黄度b值低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肌苷酸含量高于对照组(P<0.05),但和肌苷酸合成相关的AMPD1、ATIC和GART基因表达水平不存在显著差异。结果表明亲鸽饲喂含有发酵豆粕的日粮能够提高乳鸽肉用性能,改善乳鸽的肠道发育,改善肉质风味。This experiment was designed to explore the effects of fermented soybean meal in regular diets of pro pigeons on slaughter performance, organ index, intestinal development, muscle quality, and inosinic acid content of pigeons. The experimental group was fed with fermented soybean meal and the control group was fed with common soybean meal. The study found that the full bore rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group and reached a very significant level(P〈0.01); the liver and myogastric organ index of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, reaching a significant level(P〈0.05); the duodenum and crypt depth of duodenum and jejunum in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group and reached significant(P〈0.05) and extremely significant level(P〈0.01), respectively; the yellowness b value of chest and leg muscles in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05); the breast inosinic acid content in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in the expression levels of AMPD1, ATIC, and GART genes related to inosinic acid synthesis. The results showed that after feeding the diet containing fermented soybean meal, the pro pigeons could improve their meat performance, intestinal development and the meat flavor.
