摘　　要：目的讨论静吸复合麻醉下气管插管经尿道等离子膀胱部分切除术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的可行性。方法选取2013年8月至2015年10月昆明医科大学第二附属医院住院手术治疗的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者52例,行静吸复合麻醉下气管插管经尿道等离子膀胱部分切除术,术后随访1年;对患者围术期情况及术后随访情况记录、分析。结果所有患者均可耐受手术,手术过程顺利,手术时间为30-47min,平均(39±8)min。术中出现闭孔神经反射4例,未出现膀胱穿孔。术后随访1年总生存率为100%,患者术后均未见肿瘤原位复发或异位复发。结论该手术方式可作为治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的有效、安全的治疗方法,可作为临床推广的手术方式。Objective To discuss the feasibility of serous membrane sparing transurethral partial cystectomy for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer（NMIBC） under general anesthesia of trachea cannula. Methods 52 patients diagnosed with NMIBC in the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university between Augest 2013 to December 2015 underwent serous membrane sparing transurethral partial cystectomy, the procedure were performed under general anesthesia of trachea cannula,follow-up of 1 year after operation; The perioperative and follow-up data were recorded and analyzed. Results All patients underwent operations successfully and the operative time was between 30-47 min and the average time of the operation was（39±8） min. Reflection of obturator nerve occurred in 4 cases during operation,no perforation of the bladder. All patients completed 12 months of follow-up, and the overall survival was 100%, no tumor recurrence and progression occurred. Conclusion The current method is safe and effective for the endoscopic treatment of NMIBC, it is worthing of promotion.
