摘  要:唐宗海为清代著名医家,其对辨治内伤咳嗽阐述和论证经验独具特色。文章通过归纳和分析清代蜀地名医唐宗海在其血证专著《血证论》中所阐述的辨治内伤咳嗽之法和选方用药,兹从津虚气火上乘、痰火凝结咳逆、血虚风火内动、辨治虚劳咳嗽、冲气逆上作咳5个角度论述其辨治内伤咳嗽的思想,以期对现代临床辨治咳嗽起到借鉴和启发作用。TANG Zong-hai was a famous physician in the Qing dynasty, who had unique experience of elaboration and argumentation on treating endogenous cough based on syndrome differentiation. By summarizing and analyzing the method of treating endogenous cough based on syndrome differentiation and selection of prescriptions expounded in TANG Zong-hai's Xuezheng Lun. This article elaborated the thoughts of treating endogenous cough based on syndrome differentiation from the five aspects such as deficiency of fluid with qi and fire flare up, cough caused by phlegm and fire binding, stirring wind and fire due to blood deficiency, consumptive disease cough and cough caused by rushing upward of qi, which would play a role in learning and inspiration for modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough based on syndrome differentiation.
