论中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位特征、特质及其准则

摘　　要：为探究中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位的独具特征、独有特质及其独特准则。文章利用生理心理、生物力学原理及方法进行讨论,发现中国蒙医整骨术骨折复位相对于中医正骨术骨折复位更具有"生理愈合-心理恢复"兼顾、"肢体愈合-功能恢复"兼顾独具特征,生理与心理"动"稳定、静态与动态"动"平衡、作用力与反作用力"动"统一独有特质,因而恪守"身心统一""动静合一""以力对力""反向复位"独特准则。因此它的独具特征、独有特质、独特准则是传继与沿用至今的根本,更是当今骨折复位疗法整体、动态、功能化发展方向。To explore the unique characteristics and unique trait of fracture reduction in Chinese Mongolian medicine. Based on the principles of physiology, psychology and biomechanics, the unique characteristics, unique trait and unique criteria of fracture reduction in Chinese Mongolian medicine osteopathy were discussed. The fracture reduction of Chinese Mongolian medicine was a combination of ‘physiological healing, psychological recovery＇ and ‘limb healing＇. It could restore the balance, force and reaction of ‘dynamic＇ stability, static and dynamic ‘dynamic＇. The force ‘moves＇ to unify the unique characteristics, thus adhering to the special rules of ‘unity of mind and body＇, ‘movement and unity＇, ‘force on force＇ and ‘reverse reset＇. So the unique characteristics and unique characteristics trait of Chinese Mongolian medicine is the basis of its inheritance and use, and it is the overall, dynamic and functional development direction of fracture reduction therapy.
