摘　　要：少数民族文化产业是"一带一路"倡仪下我国与其他国家交往的重要抓手。我国少数民族文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,有多样性、地缘性、濒危性、可渗透性等特点。由于"一带一路"沿线国家间法律差异,少数民族传统文化的保护难度在无形中加大,目前存在法律衔接障碍、知识产权法难以保护民族文化、民族文化保护缺乏救济途径等问题。为此,应做好知识产权保护,运用国际《公约》解决争端,做好国内外法律衔接,提供文化发展权救济途径,推动建立诉讼、仲裁、调解一体化的争议处置机制,培养适应"一带一路"国际化法律人才队伍等手段,为"一带一路"倡仪下我国少数民族文化提供法律保护。Ethnic cultural industry is an important starting point between China and other countries The Belt and Road ＂under the initiative.The culture of ethnic minorities in China is an important part of Chinese culture.It is characterized by diversity,geopolitics,endangerment and permeability.Because of the difference between the legal Belt and Road Initiative along the country,protect the difficulty of traditional culture of ethnic minorities in virtually increase,there exist legal obstacles,intellectual property law to protect the ethnic culture and ethnic culture protection lack of remedies and other issues.This should be done using the international protection of intellectual property rights;the ＂ Convention ＂ to domestic and foreign legal settlement of the dispute;cohesion;provide cultural development rights remedies;promote the establishment of litigation,arbitration,mediation and dispute handling mechanism integration and other means to provide legal protection for the minority nationality culture in China Belt and Road Initiative ＂ under the initiative.
