摘　　要：论文以贵州高校图书馆为个案,对民族地区高校图书馆特色资源建设的意义、现状、存在问题进行了分析,并提出了有针对性的对策和建议。笔者认为,贵州是民族地区,贵州高校图书馆必须立足地方,服务民族,把学科建设与民族传统文化结合起来,并将其作为特色资源来建设,为地方经济社会发展服务,为民族团结进步做贡献。This paper analyses on meaning,situation and problem of characteristics resourse construction of national local libraries in colleges and universities taking Guizhou universities as an example,and points out focus countermeasure and solution.Guizhou is national areas as you know.Guizhou Libraries in colleges and universities should stand on local,serving for its nations and combine its subject construction and national culture and regard as characteristics resource construction.It should serve for the local economical society development and for its national united progress.
