摘　　要："双一流"建设是全面提升高等教育质量,建设高等教育强国的必然选择,其核心在于培养一流人才。课程建设是大学人才培养中最重要、最基本的元素,大学通过课程与学生交往,大学课程建设质量将直接影响到人才培养质量。建设一流大学需要从大学最基本的教学内容——课程入手,从课程的目标设置、组织结构、内容实施和评价反馈等方面构建能够引领一流大学建设的课程体系,实现高等教育政治论和认识论的融合与统一,助推"双一流"建设。＂ Double First-Class＂ initiative construction is an inevitable choice for improving higher education quality and making China an international higher education power,whose core is to cultivate highcaliber personnel.Curriculum construction is the most important and basic element in college personnel training,and the quality of college curriculum construction will directly affect the quality of talent cultivation through the interaction with students through courses.therefore,building a top university needs to start with the most basic product of the university which called ＂ curriculum＂,from the course of goal setting,organization structure,content,implementation and feedback is constructed to lead the construction of the first-class university curriculum system,to achieve the combination of higher education of political theory and the epistemology,booster ＂ Double First-Class＂ initiative construction.
