广东某县农村群体性事件:状况与预防

摘　　要：广东省的县级政府在预防农村群体性事件方面有着很多先进的经验,对广大内陆省区基层政府做好群体性事件的预防工作有着重要的借鉴意义。因此,本文通过对广东省某县开展田野调查,梳理该县2010年至2016年所发生的较典型的群体性事件,主要运用实证研究的方法,并进行数据统计,揭示出该县群体性事件的发展态势。然后结合相关文献总结出该县维稳工作开展较好的主要原因,包括建立健全了社会矛盾排查工作机制、调处社会矛盾工作机制和突发事件处置工作机制。The county government in Guangdong province has a lot of advanced experience in preventing rural mass incidents, and it is of great significance for the grass-roots governments of the inland provinces to do a good job in the prevention of mass incidents. Therefore, through the field survey of a county in Guangdong Province, this paper combs the typical group events in the county from 2010 to 2016, mainly using the method of empirical research and data statistics to reveal the development trend of the group events in this county. Then, according to the relevant literature, it is concluded that the main reasons for the stability of the county are to establish and improve the mechanism of social contradictions and investigation, the mechanism of social contradiction work and the mechanism of emergency disposal.
