摘 要:耐候钢通常的生产方式为连铸连轧,但是对于有特殊形状以及焊接性能差的耐候钢,无法采用连铸连轧生产。根据不同的腐蚀环境,经试验设计了三种耐蚀钢;利用JMatPro软件对耐大气腐蚀铸钢进行模拟,确定了热处理工艺路线和工艺参数,批量生产后获得了综合力学性能达到要求的铸钢件,且低温性能突出,解决了铸造用耐候钢的难题。The manufacturing process of weathering steels is usually continuous casting and rolling, but for the weathering steels having special shapes or poor welding performance, the continuous casting and rolling process cannot be used. In the paper, according to different corrosive environments, three kinds of corrosion resistant steels were developed through experiments. With the help of the JMatPro software, the heat treatment process parameters and routines for the three steels were determined. After the mass production, the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel castings meet the requirements, especially the low temperature impact toughness. The work solves the difficult problem of casting weathering steel.
