摘　　要：为满足乘客和运营人员对现代有轨电车乘客信息系统智能化、信息化、移动互联等方面的要求,在传统乘客信息系统架构的基础上,结合北斗定位技术,提出具备信息定制发布、列车位置与到站时间动态提示、信息交互式查询、设备管理与实时监控等功能的现代有轨电车乘客信息系统。将服务信息以电子站牌、查询机、移动应用软件等多种形式提供给乘客,扩展了有轨电车乘客信息系统信息覆盖点和信息内容,提高了乘客获取信息的便捷性和实时性。To meet the new requirements on the intellectualization, information and mobile interconnection of the modern tram passenger information system, this paper explored new architecture of modern tram passenger information system which was combined with Beidou positioning technology, and based on the traditional architecture. The system has functions such as customized information release, dynamic prompting of train location and arrival time, interactive information query, device management and real-time monitoring. The service information is provided to passengers in various forms, such as electronic stop boards, inquiries and mobile applications. It expands the information coverage and information content of tram passenger information system, and improves the convenience and real-time performance of passengers＇ access to information.
