摘 要:应用杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)棉籽壳木屑菌种、麦粒菌种与枝条菌种进行栽培试验,对3种不同类型菌种的生产周期、子实体性状以及其产量和生物转化率等进行研究。试验结果表明,在相同栽培环境条件下,使用枝条菌种栽培杏鲍菇生产周期为78 d,短于其他2种类型的菌种,且其单袋产量为415.52 g,子实体品质好,生物转化率高达83.10%。枝条菌种是工厂化生产杏鲍菇较为优良的菌种。Three different types of strains of Pleurotus eryngii were used in the experiment, including cotton seed shell strain, wheat strain and stick strain. The production cycle, fruiting body character, yield and bioconversion rate of three different types of strains were studied. The results showed that the production cycle of P. eryngii using stick strain was 78 d, which was shorter than that of the other two types of strains under the same cultivation environment. Its yield of single bag was 415.52 g, the fruiting body quality was good, and the bioconversion rate is 83.10%. The stick strain is an excellent strain for industrial production of P. eryngii.
