摘  要:大港油田细粉砂油藏采用独立筛管进行防砂的油井往往会碰到筛管堵塞影响油井产量的问题,由于常规的酸洗、冲砂作业解堵效果不明显,研发了集酸洗解堵和水射流解堵为一体的筛管解堵工艺,通过酸洗使地层堵塞物松动、脱落、溶解,通过水射流工具对筛管内壁进行有效清洗。对筛管解堵施工参数计算方法进行了分析,运用数值分析软件Fluent对自激振荡喷嘴的解堵工作进行了数值模拟仿真,对筛管解堵施工时需要的清洗、酸洗液及泵注程序进行了设计。结果显示自行设计的自激振荡喷嘴在泵压一定时具有更大的射流速度和冲击力,室内试验证明所设计的水射流工具达到解堵设计要求。The comprehensive composite screens were applied to oil wells as a sand control method in the fine sand reser-voirs in Dagang oil field,but the well production were often affected by the screen blocking. The conventional acid washing and sand washing operations produced little effect of plug removal. Therefore,a screen plug removal technology integratedwith acid washing and jet flow was developed. The blockage in the formation was loosened,dropped and dissolved byacid washing,and the inner wall of the screen was cleaned effectively by jet flow tool. The mechanism of screen plugremoval was analyzed in this paper,and a numerical model of pulse jet plug removal was established by numerical analysis software Fluent. The results show that the designed self-sustained oscillation nozzle has greater jet velocity and impact pressurethan the ordinary jet nozzle at the same pump pressure. It was proved that the designed jet flow tool met the requirements of plugremoval in the laboratory test.
