基于稻草人纤浆酸水解液的木糖母液制备工艺

摘　　要：本研究在硫酸盐法制备稻草人纤浆的基础上,以稻草人纤浆酸水解液为研究对象,初步设计了一条"稻草原料→水处理→酸水解→深度水解→中和→脱色→离子交换→洁净木糖母液"的工艺路线,并取得了良好的效果,使还原糖提取率为20.2561%,总糖提取率为20.7597%,并通过净化过程,使木糖母液的色度提到了98.34%,纯度提到了106.2865%,具有木糖结晶生产的可能。This study is based on kraft pulp by the Scarecrow and the rule of law, with the scarecrow pulp acid hydrolysate as the research object, the preliminary design of a ＂straw raw materials, water treatment, acid hydrolysis, neutralization, decoloration, depth of hydrolysis, ion exchange, clean xy lose＂ process route, and achieved good results. The extraction rate of 20. 2561% reducing sugar, total sugar extraction rate was 20. 7597%, and by the purification process, the color of the xylose mother liq uor to 98.34%, purity to 106. 2865%, with the feasibleproduction of xylose crystallization.
