摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生(Intestinal Metaplasia,IM)的中医病位、病性证素,为该病的辨证论治提供依据。方法:选取2011年11月至2014年1月于北京中医药大学东直门医院行胃镜检查的门诊患者180例,采用流行病学调查方法,对胃镜检查及病理诊断符合诊断标准的IM患者的一般资料及中医四诊信息,运用因子分析研究其证素分布。结果:显示IM的中医病位证候要素有胃、肝、脾、胆,病性要素主要包括气滞、热、阴虚、湿、气虚、阳虚、血瘀和食积。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的基本病性为本虚标实,本虚以脾胃虚弱为主,包括气虚、阳虚和阴虚,标实包括气滞、湿热、血瘀和食积等。Objective： To discuss the syndrome elements of chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG） with intestinal metaplasia（ IM）,which can provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of IM.Methods： The general and four diagnostic information of 180 patients visited the outpatient whose endoscopy and pathology consistent with IM diagnoses were collected by epidemiological methods.Factor analysis was used to explore the syndrome elements of IM syndrome.Results： Clinical research results showed that disease location elements of IM include stomach,spleen,liver,and gallbladder.Syndrome nature factors were qi stagnation,heat,yin deficiency,damp,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,blood stasis and food stagnation.Conclusion： Through factor analysis method,we preliminarily revealed the nature of IM was deficiency in origin and excessive in superficiality.The deficiency in origin refers to deficiency of spleen and stomach,while excessive in superficiality refers to qi stagnation,damp-heat,blood stasis and food stagnation etc.
