摘　　要：以社会空间理论为视角,把教师作为行动者来审视,能够更深刻把握教师参与转型发展行为背后的复杂运作机制。基于此,高校推动教师参与转型发展应当在理解教师行为的社会背景下构筑与教师的良性互动,营造支持教师参与转型发展的"空间意向"和关注教师在学校空间中的"行为拓殖"。From the perspective of social space theory, to view teachers as actors can better understand the complex operation mechanism behind teachers＇ participation in transformation and development. Based on this, in order promote teachers to participate in the transformation and development, colleges and universities should firstly understand the social background of teachers＇ behavior, construct positive interaction with teachers, create space＂intention＂to support teachers to participate in the transformation and development, and pay attention to the＂behavior colonization＂of teacher in school space.
