摘 要:目的探讨中学生人际宽恕与心理健康的关系,评价人际宽恕干预效果,为中学校园开展人际宽恕干预辅导、改善学生心理健康状况提供一定的理论依据。方法采用人际侵犯动机问卷(Transgression Related Interpersonal Motivations Scale-18,TRIM-18)、一般心理健康问卷(General Health Questionnaire-12,GHQ-12)对山东省济南、青岛、日照、滕州8所中学的578名中学生进行测评,然后选取其中64名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予为期8周的宽恕辅导干预,在此期间对照组不予处理。干预后对2组学生使用上述问卷再次施测。结果相关分析显示,人际宽恕总分与心理健康总分呈正相关(r=-0.27,P<0.01)。干预后,实验组人际宽恕总分、善意动机因子分增加,报复动机因子、回避动机因子、GHQ-12总分、焦虑抑郁因子、社会功能不良因子和丧失信心因子分降低,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论中学生人际宽恕有利于心理健康,实施人际宽恕干预可以有效提高中学生人际宽恕水平,并改善其心理健康水平。Objective To study the relationship between interpersonal forgiveness and mental health of middle school students, and evaluate the effect of interpersonal forgiveness intervention, and to provide the theoretical and support for developing assistance of interpersonal forgiveness intervention in domestic campus and improving the mental health status of students. Methods A total of 578 middle school students in Shandong province were tested with the test of Transgression-related Interpersonal Motivations Scale-18-Item Form( TRIM-18), the 12-item General Health Questionnaire( GHQ-12). Then 64 students of them chosen at random were divided into an experimental group and a control group, the former of which was given a forgiveness group counseling intervention in the following eight weeks and the latter of which wasn' t processed in the meanwhile. We tested the two groups with the same questionnaires after the eight-week-intervention. Results The related analysis showed that total score of interpersonal forgiveness and the level of mental health had a significantly positive correlation( r =-0.27, P〈0.01). After the eight-week-intervention, the experimental group had higher interpersonal forgiveness scores and scores of good motivation and avoidance motivation factor and lower revenge motivation factor, total scores of GHQ-12,anxiety and depression factor, social function factor and confidence-loss factor points. There were statistical significance of the scores( P〈0.05). Conclusion Interpersonal forgiveness of middle school students is beneficial to mental health and interpersonal forgiveness counseling intervention can effectively improve the level of interpersonal forgiveness of middle school students and then psychological health.
