摘　　要：新形势下，档案工作正在加强“与世界沟通”，历史档案翻译的重要性日趋凸显。探索历史档案翻译技术实践，总结历史档案翻译相关理论显得尤为迫切。历史档案有着自身的特点，其翻译要遵循专业规范、有据必依和历史等效等三个准则。在实际操作中，应当根据具体情况，在这三个准则间进行平衡适应。Nowadays, China＇s archivescience are endeavoring to communicate with the world, which highlights the importance of translation of historic archives. Exploring the technology in the translation practice of historic archives, and theorizing the framework of translation of historic archiveshas become more urgently significant than ever. The traits and features of historic archives requires that the practice of translation must follow three basic principles： standardization of professionalism, conformity to evidence, and historic equivalence. To balance among the three principles and to adjust to the context is also very impor- tant in actual practice of translation.
