摘  要:插电式城市客车兼具传统燃油汽车和纯电动汽车的优点,具有重要的现实意义。以某传统轻型燃油客车为研究对象,将其改装为插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)。驱动系统结构选择同轴并联式,对各参数计算后,完成对底盘各总成部件的选型。改型基本符合标准化和通用化,在保证底盘各总成部件不发生运动干涉的情况下,实现了对底盘各总成部件的良好连接以及动力传递。通过改装设计过程获取底盘的总布置方法,并可将此方法推广到其他类似车型。Plug-in city bus has the advantages of both traditional tuel vehicles and pure electric vehicles, which has great practical significance. Taking a traditional light fuel bus as the research object, it is modified into a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). The structure of driving system chooses the coaxial parallel type. After calculating the parameters, the selection of the assembly parts of chassis is completed. The modification is basically standardized and universal. In the case of ensuring that the chassis components are not interfered by motion, a good connection and power transfer to the assembly of chassis are realized. The general layout method of chassis can be obtained by modify-ing the design process, and this methodcan be extended to other similar vehicles.
