摘　　要：目的探讨双重抗血小板治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及磁敏感加权成像观察颅内微出血的效果。方法选取本科室80例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据治疗前磁敏感加权成像检测结果分为对称组(n=30,静脉对称)和不对称组(n=50,静脉不对称)。所有患者实施双重抗血小板治疗,比较两组治疗效果及颅内微出血状况。结果治疗1个月后,80例患者均未出现死亡病例,NIHSS评分与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗24 h、1个月后,两组NIHSS评分均显著降低,且对称组显著低于不对称组(P<0.05)。两组患者颅内微出血发生率及分级状况无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者采取双重抗血小板治疗效果显著,且可通过磁敏感加权成像评估颅内微出血状况。Objective To investigate the efficacy of dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with ischemic stroke and theeffect of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging on intracranial microbleeds. Methods Eighty patients with ischemicstroke were divided into symmetrical group （n=30, venous symmetry） and asymmetrical group （n=50, venous asymmetry）according to the results of pre-treatment magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging. All patients were treated with dualantiplatelet therapy. The therapeutic effects and intracranial microbleeds were compared between the two groups. ResultsThere was no death in 80 patients after 1 month of treatment. The NIHSS score after 1 month of treatment was significantlylower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. After 24h and1 month of treatment,the NIHSS scores of both groups decreasedsignificantly, and those in the symmetrical group were significantly lower than the asymmetrical group（P〈0.05）. There wereno significant differences in the incidences and grading of intracranial microbleeds between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with ischemic stroke is significant, and intracranialmicrobleeds can be assessed by magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging.
