整形外科手术治疗儿童期口腔颌面部大面积软组织血管瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的分析儿童期口腔颌面部大面积软组织血管瘤实施整形外科手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对我院2015年6月至2017年12月收治的口腔颌面部大面积软组织血管瘤患儿91例进行分析,按照治疗先后顺序将其分成两组,常规组(n=45)患儿实施保守治疗+常规外科手术切除治疗,治疗组(n=46)患儿实施整形外科手术治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率、并发症总发生率、患儿家属满意度评分、口腔颌面部外观整体评分显著优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童期口腔颌面部大面积软组织血管瘤患儿实施整形外科手术的治疗效果显著,能减少患儿并发症的发生,促进预后。Objective To analysis the clinical effect of plastic surgery in large area soft tissue hemangioma of oral andmaxillofacial region in childhood. Methods A total of 91 cases of children with plastic surgery in large area soft tissuehemangioma of oral and maxillofacial region treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were analyzed anddivided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The routine group （n=45） was treated with conservative treatment＋conventional surgical resection, the treatment group （n=46） was treated with plastic surgery. The therapeutic effects werecompared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatrment, total incidence of complications, satisfactionscore of children＇s family, overall score of oral and maxillofacial appearance in the treatment group were significantly betterthan those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plastic surgery in largearea soft tissue hemangioma of oral and maxillofacial region in childhood has significant effect, which can reduce thecomplications and promote prognosis.
