摘　　要：目的研究完全性唇腭裂患者接受牙槽突植骨术治疗前进行正畸治疗的长期效果。方法选取本院2014年7月至2017年2月收治的90例完全性唇腭裂患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受正畸治疗联合牙槽突植骨术治疗,对比患者治疗前、治疗后6个月及3年的治疗效果及生活质量。结果患者治疗后6个月及3年的牙槽高度I、II型比率均显著高于治疗前,III、IV型比率均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);患者治疗后6个月及3年的精神状况、情感职能、生理职能、生理功能、社会职能、生命活力、总体健康评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后3年的上述生活质量各维度评分均显著高于治疗后6个月(P<0.05);90例患者治疗后6个月及3年的SNA角、SNB角及ANB角均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论完全性唇腭裂患者接受牙槽突植骨术治疗前进行正畸治疗的效果显著,可显著改善牙齿角度,提升患者生活质量,对提高患者预后具有重要意义。Objective To study the long-term efficacy of orthodontic treatment before complete treatment of alveolarbone grafting in patients with complete cleft lip and palate. Methods A total of 90 patients with complete cleft lip andpalate who admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects. All patientsunderwent orthodontic treatment combined with alveolar bone grafting. The treatment effect and quality of life of patientsbefore treatment,6 months and 3 years after treatment were compared. Results The ratios of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the alveolarheight at 6 months and 3 years after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, the ratios of type Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The scores of mental status, emotional function,physiological responsibilities, physiological function, social function, vitality and overall health in patients at 6 months and3 years after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）; the scores of the above quality of lifeat 3 years after treatment were significantly higher than those at 6 months after treatment（P〈0.05）. The SNA angle, SNBangle and ANB angle of 90 patients at 6 months and 3 years after treatment were significantly better than those beforetreatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Undergoing orthodontic treatment before alveolar bone grafting for patients with completecleft lip and palate have significant effects, which can significantly improve the angle of the teeth and improve the qualityof life of patients, which is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
