摘　　要：目的探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导基因1(Tiam-1)、蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)在喉癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法收集2017年2月至2017年12月我院收治的喉癌患者的癌组织标本62例(病例组)及对应癌旁的正常组织标本30例(对照组),采用免疫组化法检测标本中的Tiam-1、CIP2A蛋白阳性表达情况,采用Western Blot法检测标本中Tiam-1、CIP2A蛋白表达水平,分析Tiam-1与CIP2A表达的相关性。结果病例组的Tiam-1、CIP2A蛋白表达水平及表达阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关分析,喉癌组织中Tiam-1、CIP2A蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.406,P=0.032)。结论Tiam-1、CIP2A在喉癌组织存在高表达,可能与喉癌侵袭、转移相关,对喉癌的诊治具有一定的参考意义。Objective To investigate the expression of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis-inducing gene 1 （Tiam-1）and carcinogenic inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A （CIP2A） in laryngeal carcinoma tissue, and to analyze their clinicalsignificance. Methods A total of 62 cases of cancer tissue specimens from patients with laryngeal cancinoma admitted toour hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 （case group） and 30 cases of normal tissue specimens correspondingto adjacent cancer tissus （control group） were collected. The positive expression of Tiam-1 and CIP2A in specimens ofthe two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the Western Blot was used to detect the expression of Tiam-1 and CIP2A proteins in specimens. The correlation between the expressions of Tiam-1 and CIP2A were analyzed.Results The expression levels and positive expression rates of Tiam-1 and CIP2A in the cancer tissues specimens of thecase group were significantly higher than those of normal tissue specimens in the control group, and the differences werestatistically significant（P〈0.05）. According to Spearman correlation analysis, the expression of Tiam -1 and CIP2Aproteins in laryngeal carcinoma were positively correlated, and the differences were statistically significant （r=0.406,P =0.032）. Conclusion Tiam-1 and CIP2A are highly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma, which may be related toinvasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. It has certain reference significance for the diagnosis and treatment oflaryngeal cancinoma.
