摘　　要：亚砷酸治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病取得了举世瞩目的疗效,是我国医务工作者对世界医学界的重大贡献之一。目前美中不足的是亚砷酸有一定的毒副反应。常见的有分化综合征、肝功能改变、皮肤病变等,较少见的有心脏毒性、胃肠道反应、神经系统毒性、造血系统及男性生殖系统的毒性、横纹肌溶解综合征。本文结合最新的研究报道,全面综述了亚砷酸治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病过程中常见和罕见的毒副反应,介绍其发生时的发生机制、临床表现及预防防治,为亚砷酸毒副反应的系统防治提供借鉴。One of the major contributions to the world medical conmmnity of medical workers in China is discovered the arsenic trioxide to treat acute promyelocytic leukemia. Currently, the only regret is that arsenic trioxide has some side effects. The more comnlon side effects in clinical are：Differentiation syndrome, liver function changes, skin le-sions, and the less common side effects are ： Cardiac toxicity, gastrointestinal reactions, nervous system toxicity, hemato-poietic system and male reproductive system toxicity, rhabdomyolysis syndrome. This article combines the latest re-search reports, and make a comprehensive review of the common and rare side effects of arsenic trioxide in the treat-ment of acute promyelocytic leukemia,introduces the clinical manifestations, the mechanism of occurrence and the prevention of side effects,and provide a reference for system prevention and treatment.
