摘　　要：高质量的教学是大学的根本目的和基本任务,也是大学的立足之本。本文基于JAVA技术平台对大学教学评估系统进行了分析和设计。该系统由学生和专家通过浏览器访问,并由大学教务处出版的评估指标系统为基础,对高校课程的教学质量教学评估。评估系统的目标体系分为学生评估、专家评估和管理三个模块。评价体系分为专家评价和课程学生评价两个子系统。数据库作为整个系统的核心,服务于所有的信息处理模块。通过一些高校的系统试运行,证明了该系统能够对全面提高教学质量控制和降低管理成本具有明显的积极作用。High-quality teaching is the fundamental purpose and basic task of the university. It is also the foundation of the university. Based on JAVA technology platform, this paper analyzes and designs university teaching evaluation system. The system is accessed by students and experts through a browser and is based on an evaluation index system published by the Offce of Academic Affairs to assess the teaching quality of college curricula. Evaluation system of the target system is divided into student assessment, expert assessment and management of the three modules. Evaluation system is divided into two sub-systems of expert evaluation and course evaluation. The database serves as the core of the entire system and serves all information processing modules. Through some systems running in colleges and universities, this system proves that this system can have a signifcant positive effect on improving teaching quality control and reducing management cost.
