摘 要:针对某乘用车车内轰鸣声进行问题分析,查找出抗扭拉杆是该车内轰鸣声的主要传递路径,根据理论设计出动力吸振器,并通过试验验证了动力吸振器对车内轰鸣声问题的改善效果。结果表明,改善后轰鸣声满足设定目标。并且,本文总结出一种传递路径分析新方法,该方法可弥补断开路径法和加质量块方法的不足。In this paper, the roar problem of a passenger car is analyzed, and the main transmission path is finally identified as the upper pull rod. According to the theory, a dynamic vibration absorber is designed, and then its improvement effect on the roar of the car is verified by experiments. The results show that this absorber achieved the improvement target. In addition, a new method of transmission path analysis is summarized in this paper, which can make up the shortcomings of the disconnecting path method and the adding quality block method.
