摘　　要：目的探讨三孔法腹腔镜经腹膜外前列腺癌根治术的临床效果。方法对2015年2月至2017年12月27例行三孔法腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 27例患者前列腺癌根治术均在腹腔镜下顺利完成,无一例中转开放手术。手术时间为65～145min,平均85min;术中出血量50～180ml,平均110ml。术后病理均为前列腺腺癌,Gleason评分为5～8分,其中≤7分21例,>7分6例。术后随访5～30个月,无一例生化复发。结论三孔法腹腔镜经腹膜外根治性前列腺切除术是安全、可行的。Objective To explore the clinical effect of three-port laparoscopic radical prostatectomy （LRP） of prostate cancer through extraperitoneal approach.Methods The clinical data of 27 cases of clinically localized prostate cancer treated by three-port LRP from February 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The baseline characteristics, perioperative data and oncologic outcomes of the patients were collected and analyzed.Results Twenty-seven patients′ radical prostatectomies were performed successfully under laparoscopy without conversion to open surgery. The operative time was 65-145 min, with an average of 85 min. Intraoperative blood loss ranged from 50 to 180 ml, with an average of 110 ml. The pathologic examination in 27 cases confirmed the prostate cancer, and Gleason score ranged from 5 to 8 points, of which 21 cases were less than or equal to 7 points, and 6 cases were beyond 7 points. Postoperative follow-up period was 5-30 months, and no biochemical recurrence was found.Conclusions Three-port laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is safe and feasible.
