白介素-4基因多态性rs2070874与前列腺癌患者前列腺癌特异性死亡率的相关性

摘　　要：目的运用Meta分析的方法,系统性评价白介素-4(IL-4)基因多态性rs2070874与前列腺癌患者前列腺癌特异性死亡率(prostate cancer specific mortality,PCSM)之间的关系。方法根据设定的标准及关键词在PubMed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、维普数据库及万方数据库(截至2018年3月10日)等数据库进行检索,利用Stata 11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入前列腺癌患者6 241例,总的PCSM为12.9%,Meta分析显示,rs2070874突变患者PCSM是无突变患者的1.48倍,差异有统计学意义(HR=1.48,95%CI=1.15～1.89,P=0.002)。结论 IL-4-rs2070874基因多态性与PCSM有较高的相关性,携带等位基因T的前列腺癌患者PCSM是无突变患者的1.48倍,细胞转录因子C/EBPβ和AP2α-1可能与这种变化相关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between rs2070874, an interleukin-4 （IL-4） gene polymorphism, and the risk of prostate cancer specific mortality （PCSM） in patients suffering from prostate cancer through meta-analysis.Methods According to the criteria and keywords, we searched publications in PubMed, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database （up to March 10, 2018）, analyzed the data using Stata 11.0 software. Results A total of 4 studies were enrolled, including 6 241 prostate cancer cases, and of them, PCSM cases accounted for 12.9%. Meta-analysis showed that the risk of PCSM in patients with rs2070874 mutation was 1.48 times higher than that in those patients without mutations （ HR =1.48, 95% CI =1.15-1.89, P =0.002）.Conclusions The IL-4-rs2070874 polymorphism is associated with the risk of PCSM in patients with prostate cancer, transcription factors C/EBPβ and AP2α-1 may be related to it, which needs clinicians′ attention.
