摘  要:我国已进入老龄化社会,老年伴随着疾病增加严重威胁人们的健康,但是目前对于衰老的认识还处于初步阶段。衰老过程中,机体系统层面的紊乱与细胞和分子层面的失真互为因果,使得衰老的机制具有明显的复杂性。本文从系统、细胞和分子三个角度阐述衰老的基础研究的现状,进一步阐述衰老导致疾病过程中的内在联系以及提出潜在干预策略。因此,倡导通过健康的生活方式来控制衰老相关疾病的发生发展,探索从"分病而治"向"异病同防/治"的战略转变。China has entered an aging society. Numerous age-related diseases and tunctional decline accompanying aging are seriously threatening people's health. However, our understanding of aging mechanisms is still in its infancy. Systemic disorders and cellular and molecular alterations affect each other, which makes the mechanism of aging extremely complicated. In this review,we will elaborate the cun-ent status of basic research on aging a tmolecular, cellular and system levels. We will further discuss the inherent connections be-tween aging and age-related diseases, and propose potential intervention strategies. Theretore, we will explore the teasibility of strategic transtormation from " treating different diseases according to different guidelines" to " treating different diseases with the same guid- ance" ,and advocate healthy litestyle to control the occurrence and development of aging-related diseases.
